Minutes of the Parks and Recreation Commission Meeting

Present: Michael Arbour and Steve O’Shea
Also Present: Timothy Pascale, Director/Program Coordinator
Steve O’Shea called the meeting to order at 6:39 p.m. Mike Arbour made a motion to accept the September minutes and Steve O’Shea seconded. Steve and Mike voted in favor and the motion passed.
No members of the pool sub committee were present. They were asked to talk with the school and get back to us. Tim made the commission aware that there is still no money t o finish paying last years bills.
Tim gave the commission an update as to the condition of the mowing equipment. All machines are aging and we are in need of a new riding mower for fields and a new walk behind for small grounds.
Mike mentioned that he would like to have the playground gate replaced. Tim said he would have it on for the upcoming spring season.
Mike Arbour made a motion to adjourn at 7:03 p.m., and Steve O’Shea seconded. All in favor; meeting adjourned.
No December meeting was scheduled as Steve Slozak was not present and all would check their schedules to find dates that work.
